- Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery
- Outside Nairobi: 1–3 business days depending on location and logistics
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and destination.
3. Shipping Charges
- Nairobi: May be free or charged depending on the product or promotion
- Outside Nairobi: Shipping costs vary based on location and courier rates
Final delivery charges are confirmed at checkout or order confirmation.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation of payment
- Customers will receive order updates via phone call, SMS, or email
- Orders placed after business hours are processed the next working day
